Mystery Status: Unsolved
 After having their raft destroyed by the Others, Michael and Sawyer are attacked by a shark that had a distinctive octagon shaped Dharma Logo near its tail. How is this shark related to Dharma?

Season 2
At the beginning of Seson 2 Michael and Sawyer encounter a shark after their raft is destroyed by the Others. In a split second shot a small dharma logo can be seen near the sharks tail.
The Lost Experience
A sites run by a man named DJ Dan had a photograph of a shark’s carcass that was allegedly found off the coast of Australia with a Swan Station Dharma logo near its tail. Persephone has also released a photo from a now offline Hanso site, which also showed a Shark carcass with the Swan Station Dharma logo on its tail. This doesn’t seem to make much sense, since The Swan Station was doing electro-magnetic research.
