This episode begins with Nikki and Paulo digging furiously to escape the 3 tons of sand that has been shoveled on top of them as the rest of the Losties are raptured effortlessly toward the Heavens. Wait a minute … that is a different Left Behind! Even so, I am sure somewhere there is a LOST addict convinced that because God spelled backwards is dog, Vincent must be - God. Although Vincent doesn’t appear in this version of Left Behind, at least in the guise of a dog anyway, there are a number of other spirits from LOST past who do.
A Kate-centric episode, 3x15 begins with Kate sitting handcuffed in the family friendly Othersville rec-room wielding a pool cue like a baseball bat. When Juliet enters the room with dinner she makes light work out of Kate, who ends up on the floor gasping for air. Has Kate met her match?

Finally, the question that Lost fans have been asking themselves all
year was answered when “Who the hell are Nikki and Paulo?” was
explained to viewers in "Expose". In a recap episode featuring our
favorite (or is that least favorite?) red shirts, "Expose" revisits the
first 80 days on the island with a nostalgic, yet slightly skewed, look
at the story through the eyes of two background survivors.
Surprisingly, the more interesting revelation may have been who Nikki
and Paulo were not. We now know that Desmond’s time travel did not
change the course of history, thereby replacing Rose and Bernard with
Nikki and Paulo. Another favorite fan speculation surrounded the
possibility that our new lovebirds were in fact members of the Others.
Sadly, Nikki and Paulo were neither replacements nor Others, but in
fact were two con artists who killed Nikki’s geriatric lover for his
hidden stash of diamonds.

The Man From Tallahassee continues a string of strong episodes with
answers, and, of course, many questions. A better name might have been
"The Continuing Bumblings of John Locke". As promised, the source of
John Locke’s paralysis was finally revealed. The tragic events begin to
unfold when Locke gets pulled back into the life of his father, Anthony
Cooper, and his latest con. Peter Talbot, the son of Cooper’s latest
con target, contacts John to find out if the man with plans to marry
his mother is trustworthy. Once again, Locke acts without thinking and
tells his father about Peter’s suspicions. Cooper, being a man of
action, has Peter killed and throws his own son out of an eight-story
window. Locke miraculously survives the fall, but is paralyzed and
confined to a wheelchair.

Par Avion confirmed one of the worst kept secrets in the history of
Lost: Claire is Jack's half sister. Suprising? No, but it is no small
feat to have the writers finally confirm something on Lost. Claire’s
emotional flashback gave us the details of her reunion with father,
Christian Sheppard. The absentee father comes to Claire’s rescue after
a car accident critically injures her mother. In classic Christian
style, he tries to get Claire to pull the plug on her mother before
leaving Claire for good.
